About Us
Founded in 1900, Friture Joslet is one of the oldest restaurants in Luxembourg’s fairground landscape.
In its traditional, family-style setting, the entire team is there to take care of its customers. Homemade French fries, fried fish, “bouchées à la reine”, horse fillets or apple fritters – these are just a few of the specialties we offer at our various fairs.

When it all began...
Friture Joslet is one of the oldest restaurants in “Schueberfouer”. To produce crisp, golden fries, they don’t use the freezer, but freshly peeled and cut potatoes.
Around a ton is processed every day, as owners Marcello and Mick Loguercio explain: “At the Schueberfouer, we have our own potato peeling machine. Two employees then remove the impurities, and another machine takes over to cut them”.
